A Silent Deepavali and A Like but better.
Isha Saha, when interviewed on her message on the festive season which includes Kali Puja and Diwali, immediately replied that to her Kali Puja refers to the word firecrackers (Baji) to which she had no personal attachment. I have a friend or so about firecrackers, I guess.
Rather, the actress gives in to the more subdued aspects of the festival by stating, I believe in light. I make the whole house lighted up. She disclosed that she spends majority of the time at home during this period. Whenever I see or hear firecrackers being bursted I go into my house. Firecrackers, then, I avoid," she explained.
Isha also said that she is health and environment conscious: Kids in my society set off a bunch of firecrackers down the stairs. I maintain the distance as I am allergic. I believe that a large number of individuals like me with problems with the smoke should keep away. I stay away." She ended her congratulatory wishes with good wishes to Kali Puja and wishing everyone a happy time there.
Tripitaka recalls Missing Childhood Memories.
When we changed the subject to some of her best recollections at the festivals, Isha was somewhat nostalgic, telling me about what she misses as a child:
Pocket Money of the Relatives: Previously, relatives would give money when they came to the house. They do not give any at all now, said she, and laughed. We have already grown up, we purchase everything independently, thus, we do not receive money anymore.
Home-made Clothes: She also misses the habit of having new clothes made by the neighborhood tailors (Dhaan kete Jama banana) where everything is done online.
Purity of Childhood: She added that she missed Pujasongs and everything everything that she found more pure during the festive season when she was a child.
Absence of Puja-Prem (Festive Romance): In a carelessly summed-up way, when questioned about Puja-Prem she laughed and said it had not occurred to her this year and anything romantic had been disturbed. It has happened, but without the Puja, jokingly she suggested. You see, you stand on one end of the pandal to the other, you smile, but then on Dashami, he is nowhere to be seen.
On Her Upcoming Work
Isha Saha has a pending project on the professional side. She confirmed, "Work is coming. Yes. "Lawho Gouranger Naam Re" is coming out in December. She said that she was excited about the film and added, let us see. I'll meet you all."
Lastly, in her wishes towards the upcoming celebrations, she wished everybody a very happy Kali Puja and good wishes and asked to be safe and healthy. I am a very non-violent man, I believe in peace. Uh, I do not believe in noise, really," she concluded.
