Actress Arunima Ghosh graces the launch of "Chowman Kitchen Diaries"

India's leading Chinese restaurant chain Chowman has announced the launch of "Chowman Kitchen Diaries" - a social-first kitchen series for home cooks. Hosted by Ms. Paroma Banerjee, a well-known and much-loved name in Bengali television, Powered by Kutchina and Doctor's Choice as the Taste Partner, the series celebrates the joy of everyday cooking through engaging, easy-to-follow cooking with real life stories written one page at a time.

The launch event was graced by Ms. Arunima Ghosh, renowned actress & Mr. Suborno Bose, Chairman of the International Institute of Hotel Management (IIHM), lending the occasion both culinary gravitas and cultural charm.

Designed exclusively for digital audiences, Chowman Kitchen Diaries will premiere weekly every Thursday across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube on the official Chowman Kitchen Diaries channels. The series aims at empowering home cooks to experiment with confidence and creativity and share memorable stories with its viewers.

Adding to the charm of the series is its specially composed title track, sung by Miss Jojo, which lends a lively and memorable identity to the show. The first episode will go live on 15th January 2026, marking the beginning of a weekly culinary conversation with food lovers across platforms.
